We only recruit for companies we already work with. Worth saying in the first line, because it's a real condition, and because we think it's the only honest way to do it.

Why the condition is the point

A contingency recruiter is paid to fill the seat. Their incentive ends at placement. That's not cynicism about recruiters, it's just what the fee structure rewards, and it's why the industry has the turnover problem it has.

When we recruit for you, we already know your organization chart, your pay bands, your culture, and the manager this person will report to. We know whether the last person in this role left because of the role or because of the manager. And we're still here in month six, when it either worked or it didn't.

Nobody in a contingency arrangement has a reason to care about month six. We do, because we're still working with you.

What that changes in practice

The role gets defined properly first. Most bad hires are bad role definitions. We write the job description against what the job actually is, at the level the org chart says it should sit, at what the market says it pays.

The pay is right before you advertise it. We already know your bands. Roles posted below market don't fail at the offer stage. They fail quietly, by attracting nobody worth hiring.

The process is consistent. Structured interviews, the same questions, scored the same way. That's better hiring, and it's also the version that survives scrutiny if a rejected candidate ever asks why.

Onboarding is already built. The paperwork chain of I-9 timing, E-Verify, and new hire reporting is handled, because we handle it for you anyway.

Pricing

A percentage of first-year salary, [X%], invoiced on placement. Separate from your monthly fee.

[Confirm the percentage, whether it varies by role or level, and any guarantee period.]

What we don't do

We're not a staffing agency. No temp placement, no contract-to-hire, no volume recruiting, and we don't work with companies we don't otherwise support.

If you need to fill twenty seasonal positions by Friday, that's an agency's job and we'll happily tell you so.
