Accessibility Statement
Human Asset Consultants is committed to making humanassetconsultants.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of doing the work properly, not as an afterthought.
Conformance status
This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) title II rule published by the U.S. Department of Justice, and it is the benchmark we hold this site to.
We assess conformance through a combination of automated checks that run on every build and manual review with a keyboard and a screen reader.
What we have done
Every page uses a single main heading with a correctly nested heading outline, named landmark regions, and a skip link that moves keyboard focus straight to the main content.
All text and meaningful interface colours meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background. Where the original visual design fell below that threshold, the colour was darkened until it passed.
Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, and shows a clearly visible focus indicator. Interactive targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
Images carry descriptive alternative text, and images that are purely decorative are hidden from assistive technology so they are not announced.
Content reflows to a single readable column down to a 320 pixel viewport without horizontal scrolling, and remains usable when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
Motion is optional: animation and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically for visitors whose system is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
The appointment booking calendar on the Start Here page is provided by Calendly, a third-party service. We do not control its code, and we cannot guarantee its accessibility. If the calendar is difficult for you to use, you can book by calling (407) 375-2592 or emailing help@humanassetconsultants.com, and we will arrange your consultation directly. That alternative is always available and is never a lesser service.
